We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, resulting in schedule adjustments needing to be made.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice.

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space in our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of our clients, we ask that you let us know as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment by calling and speaking with our receptionist or leaving a message. 

 
 

cancellation policy

Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.

After ONE no show or late cancellation, we will require an active credit card on your file. All future no shows and/or late minute cancellations will then be charged to that card.


Lates

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancelation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.

kids

I have kids, i love kids, but please don’t bring them to the clinic. i want to be able to focus on you and only you. you deserve to have some time to yourself!
